Guidelines for accessing the App:
- If you want to use the same password as CAIXA Tem, select the option “I want to log in with my CAIXA Tem App password” and enter your CPF and password.
- If you want to use the same password as for other CAIXA apps, select the option “I want to log in with my Bolsa Família App password” and enter your CPF and password.
- If you do not have a password for any CAIXA app, select the option “I want to log in with my Bolsa Família App password or I want to register”, select the option “Register” and follow the steps requested on the screen to complete your registration.
